21 or more days prior to check in: 100 percent refund.
Within 20 days of check in: Customer is responsible for entire cost of Reservation. Although, if the room is able to be re-sold, credit towards 50 percent of your previously reserved stay will be refunded and a gift certificate will be issued for the remainder.
Within 5 days of check in: Customer will be charged for entire cost of reservation regardless of resell. No refund.
